The house has two residential units. You can therefore enjoy a holiday with family or friends, while maintaining your privacy and comfort.
The completely detached three-bedroom house is surrounded by greenery, just outside the village of Sutivanac, only 20 kilometers from the beautiful pebble beaches on the east coast of Istria. The advantageous location allows you to discover a new beach every day or one of the lively coastal towns and to relax after an eventful day in the peace and privacy of your holiday home. Surrounded by green hills, valleys and fragrant Mediterranean plant splendor with vast fields and vineyards, rest for body and soul is guaranteed here. The 1,500 m² plot with olive grove, fruit trees and playground is at your disposal for sole use. And those who would like to be actively involved in the invigorating sea air can find countless hiking and biking trails as well as jogging paths right on their doorstep.

On the ground floor is the smaller apartment (about 47 m²) with entrance terrace, kitchen with fan, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. Dieses Haus ist ein absoluter Traum.
Der Blick den man ringsum über das Land hat ist unschlagbar, wir haben wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge genossen und die große Ruhe und Weite des Ortes.
(Ab und zu hört man die Tiere der entfernten Nachbarschaft, aber das stört nicht.)
Der Garten mit den Olivenbäumen ist wunderschön, es gibt eine Hängematte, überall Sitzgelegenheiten unter den Bäumen und am Haus und einen Grillplatz.
Das Haus ist aufgeteilt in 2 Wohnungen, perfekt um zB mit Freunden zu kommen, man ist zusammen und trotzdem hat jeder seinen Bereich.
Die Wohnungen waren super sauber, und es ist alles da was man braucht, sogar ein Kamin. Alles sehr neu, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Man kann tolle Ausflüge ans Meer machen und kommt abends heim in die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit dieses wunderschönen Platzes.
Die Besitzer sind super nett und herzlich, jederzeit erreichbar, die Kommunikation war easy und immer freundlich, sie hatten tolle Tipps für uns. Es gab kühle Getränke im Kühlschrank als wir ankamen und ein Willkommensgeschenk, und zum Abschied auch nochmal.
Dieser Ort und das Haus haben eine ganz besondere Energie, wir haben uns einfach nur wohlgefühlt, alles war perfekt, und wir wären gern noch viel länger geblieben.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön.
Viel Platz und auch der Garten mit den ganzen Oliven Bäumen, Feigen etc sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind auch sehr freundlich.
Daher das Haus ziemlich außerhalb liegt, muss man zum Strand mit dem Auto Fahren ungefähr 30 min. Zum Essen gehen sind auch ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe aber man braucht ein Auto alles in ungefähr 30-35 min erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Ort einen kleinen Markt. Oder halt in den Städten. Pula, medulin und rovinj sind ungefähr 45min Auto Fahrt entfernt.
Alles im einen eine schöne Unterkunft wo man aufjedenfall seine Ruhe hat. Wir fanden es Wirklich schön und können es weiterempfehlen.

Dieses Haus ist perfekt für 2 Familien durch die getrennten Wohneinheiten ist man zusammen und doch auch mal für sich. Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist ein Traum - besonders beim Sonnenaufgang. Umgeben von der Natur und Tieren kann man super abschalten. Für Musikliebhaber steht sogar eine Gitarre zur Verfügung. Mit dem Auto kann man sämtliche besondere Ausflugziele und Strände in ca 30 Minuten erreichen. Der Vermieter war sehr sehr freundlich und der Empfang schön.
