Equipped to sleep 14, All About That Beach is the perfect vacation home for your family's next Gulf Shores getaway. All About That Beach features a private, heated pool( additional pool heating fees apply) perfect for taking a dip and soaking up the sun! This beautiful, custom beach home features plenty of space for a large group, reunion, or a multi-family vacation and your two furry friends! This home is pet-friendly for up to two pets with additional pet fees. If exploring the town is your thing, All About That Beach is just a five-minute drive to the center of town for dining, shopping, and entertainment.

About All About That Beach
 
All About that Beach is the perfect beach home for your family getaway with ample space for 14 guests to comfortably spread out. On the main level, you’ll enjoy gleaming hardwood floors, a wide-open floor plan, and amazing views. This beautiful, new home features modern decor, plenty of seating, and a large TV to provide an excellent space for entertaining and relaxing. The kitchen has ample counter space for preparing meals, beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances, bar seating for 4, and a dining table that seats 8. You can access the covered, front deck from the living and kitchen area to relax and enjoy the gulf breeze! 

Also on the main level is bedroom 2 with a king bed, a large, mounted TV with cable, and access to the back deck overlooking the pool. Bedroom 3 features 2 twin beds to sleep 2, a large, mounted TV with cable, and access to the back deck overlooking the pool. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
 
Moving upstairs, bedroom 4 features a king bed and a large, mounted TV with cable. Across the hall is bedroom 5 with 2 twin bunk beds to sleep 4 and a mounted TV with cable. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a spacious bathroom with a shower/tub combo. 

Down the hall is the master bedroom featuring a king bed, mounted TV with cable, access to the front-facing balcony with gulf views, and an attached, private bathroom with an oversized dual walk-in shower. Across the hall is bedroom 6 with a king bed, mounted smart TV with access to the front-facing balcony with gulf views, and an attached, private bathroom with a modern walk-in shower.

Rental Age Policy

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
