Beaverhead House Rental

We had a great time, the house was in a great spot right behind the Safeway, which was great. The host was great and communication was prompt with any questions we had. Check in and check out was easy and was perfect for what we needed. The only issue we ran into was that there was a stain on one of the sheets on one of the beds, we just took it off and put it in the laundry. The rest of the house was clean. There were a few imperfections, which is expected with a house rental, such as a loose floorboard, or cracked lamp, but we just took pictures of everything when we got there as proof that it was that way when we got there. But all together, great stay.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to inquiries. i would stay again at this property and recommend it.

Here are the pros and cons of this house:Pros:Very large, lots of bedrooms & bathrooms.Great location near Safeway.Lots of hot waterVery clean bathrooms.Lots of towels.Clean comfortable bedsLaminate flooring throughout Nice couches downstairs. The fuze ball table and ping pong table were super fun.Cons:The kitchen was not clean. The outside of refrigerator needed to be wiped down. Smudges and hand prints all over it.The stovetop needed cleaning.The kitchen floor was not clean. There were drips and spots from the previous renters.The air fryer was dirty on the inside. Only one outside trash can for two units.The living room rug has a dangerous curl. We taped it down with duct tape to prevent tripping. The top floor living room could use a furniture upgrade. It's uncomfortable and not enough seating for a large group.The downstairs room could use a TV.Each room could use a luggage rack.I'm not trying to leave a bad review. It's a great house for a large group. It just needs a more thorough cleaning and a few tweeks.

This place is set up as a crash pad. If all you need is a bed and a place to sleep. It will fit the bill. The owner has obviously never staycationed here. There’s nothing but the basics. Would you like to sleep in? You can’t because the windows don’t have blinds or curtains. Would you like to put your suitcase somewhere? You can’t there’s just a bed and night stand, feel free to use the floor. Would you like to cook a meal? Hope no one needs an extra fork or glass, there’s just enough to cover the amount of guests. Would you like to put your feet up in the lounge chair? You are in luck! Cause it’s stuck in the open position, so feet up is the only option. Would you like some personal touches and decoration? Too bad, none here. Would you like to move safely up and down the stairs? Hope you have good balance cause there’s no hand rail. Would you like to play music or watch tv in the downstairs game/living room? Hope you brought a laptop for that. This place has zero personality, but there are beds and bathrooms. If that’s all you need. Book away! The place is a duplex. You only have half the building, half the yard, half the driveway. Take another look at the slightly deceptive outside photo, it’s conveniently cropped to only show your half. The other half presented no issue to use, but don’t understand why the owner tries to hide this fact in the ad. Honestly seems like a better plan, so people aren’t confused or disappointed when they get there.
