About this house rental
Coastal Farmhouse style home in a new construction neighborhood. Sleeps 8: 4 bedroom colonial with two queen and two full size beds. 2.5 bath. Located on the west side of Saratoga Springs, NY. Sits on a 0.51 acre lot. Full amenities including a gas grill, gas fireplace, a large deck, central air and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. From May-September, you can rent for the week or on the weekends with a nightly rate, and you must sign a short term vacation rental contract. There is also an additional cleaning fee. No pets, no smoking and no big parties. Minimum stay is 1 night. All 4 bedrooms have been supplied with Hunter Douglas window blinds. There is FREE parking at Saratoga Casino and Raceway -Harness Track and from there, you can take a shuttle to the Saratoga Race track- runs daily. House is supplied with CORNHOLE, LADDER BALL and KAN JAM YARD GAMES!

The house was very clean and a great place to stay. Great location and very easy to get to downtown Saratoga and the track as well. Easy communication with host. Anyone looking to stay near Saratoga should want to stay at this house. Would be great for a weekend with friends and/or family.
