Great property, clean, location is beautiful and well appointed. My one and only complaint is the bed is uncomfortable very hard to sleep all night, one or other of us move to couch during the night.

Place was spotless, well placed along restful Blue River, with a variety of chairs to use along the banks. Despite first floor, I lucked out with a quiet neighbor above me, as the bedroom is weirdly positioned right next to the outdoor stairs. The e lock was very glitchy, every time it took 4-6 tries. But the kitchen was well appointed, nice stay

Some aspects were very nice, such as the proximity to the Blue River. soundproofing is extremely poor. The person staying in the unit upstairs was very noisy each of 7 nights between the hours of 2 a.m. - 6 a.m. On the first night, he and another person sounded as though they were chopping wood. They noisily left with suitcases about 3 a.m. At 6:22 am (after I got back to sleep briefly), someone rang his doorbell. Very poor sound insulation. On other nights, the upstairs resident played TV in the middle of the night, did laundry, took showers, and otherwise carried out noisy activities. One morning, the person ran a vacuum cleaner at 6 a.m.
I contacted Vacasa regarding the noise on the first night. I did not hear the chopping sounds again for five nights, and then there was the same sound in the middle of the 5th night.
There were other problems. Due to road construction, it is very hard to find the driveway. On arrival, I had to turn around the block six times before finally finding the correct driveway. There is inadequate marking, especially at dusk when I arrived. It took me 3 days before I was reliably able to find the driveway on first approach.
The Internet is slow.
The sink disposal malfunctioned on the last day, Wednesday 9/6. I texted Vacasa and they sent a technician named Matt. He was very prompt and polite, and he immediately solved the problem. He gladly addressed two additional issues with the TV.
The condo is nicely appointed, but the noise is awful.
