No breakfast offered. Nice place for the money. Easy access. Parking right by the door. Loved the fact it had 2 separate bedrooms & 2 bathrooms! Felt lucky to find the place at such short notice.
Living room couches were worn & not very comfortable. Beds were hard & uncomfortable. Pillows were flat and very uncomfortable. Glad I brought my own pillow, but my husband & kids did not. Bathroom floors & rug were a bit dirty.
I had to sleep on the couch due to the hard bed and the cable box was so loud I couldn't sleep well. Would rate much higher if bed & pillows would have been better.

Great location near our family and activities.
Hard to find. Needs updating and maintenance in a number of areas. Dining room fan was very noisy. Bathroom showers need safety handles. Bathrooms needed tissue. Dust around lamps and end tables. Conflicting instructions for sheets. Notebook says leave on bed, but Evolve says to take off bed. Mattress in front bedroom needs to be replaced.
