You will stay there in peace between the pool and the terraces, just minutes from the beautiful beaches of L'Estagnol, Brégançon, and Pellegrin, and the pier for the Golden Isles.
Welcome to Villa COSY: with a surface area of approximately 130 sqm all on one level (a few steps), including a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, an independent toilet, and three bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160*200)
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (290*200) and television
Bedroom 3: Master suite with twin beds (290*200), dressing room, shower room, and toilet.
For your comfort: air conditioning (in all rooms except the dining room), wifi, complete household appliances, electric barbecue.
To be paid on-site: Security deposit / 1,400€, tourist tax (according to the current rate), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning / 160€.
