The house was very clean and a good layout for a couple with a baby with open plan downstairs and separate bedrooms/bathroom upstairs with air conditioning and black out shutters.The host provided a nice high chair with a tray and a travel cot with new mattress. The local Carrefour had a great selection of baby items, even a baby bath for about 15 (no bath in the house)The stairs were quite narrow and the lovely stone floor was very hard so might be less suitable for young children on the move!The overall location was great with a baby: a short walk to town, port and beaches, and all the local shops/restaurants were super welcoming of our baby. As other reviewers have mentioned the house itself is down a narrow track that we had to carry our travel pram (and baby separately) down as it was quite overgrown and bumpy, we also saw 2 wild boar on it - so might not be the easiest route for a family with younger walking kids! We had a few minor issues with gas/outside water being switched off but the management contact was quick to come and fix these and responsive before and during our stay.We loved our trip and would definitely come back (but probably when our baby is a little older and can be trusted with stairs etc!)

Supers propriétaires, maison d'une propreté irréprochable, très très bien équipée, au calme sans un bruit, avec du beau matériel (literie, climatisation, équipement de cuisine, etc.), à quelques minutes à pieds des commerces et des plages - un emplacement très rare pour ce type de location à Cavalaire. Seul micro bémol dont nous avons vite fait abstraction, la maison se situe au fond d'une impasse où gisent caravanes, voitures, et bateaux d'un propriétaire peu scrupuleux. Aucune nuisance cependant, il faut juste le savoir pour ne pas être surpris en arrivant. Adresse à retenir en tout cas, et nous serions ravis d'y revenir.
