The historic site
Could be cleaner and towels could be bigger or more plentiful.

The rooms are above both a sit down restaurant and a bar/lounge with indoor and outdoor seating and a variety of drinks and hot food. The property is across the street from a large city park. The room is an older style that has been remodeled with a flat screen TV and internet access. A large private bathroom. Owner and staff are vary friendly. Lots of on street parking.
To get to the rooms, be aware that there are 31 steps (at least to my room).
