I am so frustrated with this hotel.!! Every time there was an issue the people at the front desk would just make excuses. The first room we stayed in was very dirty the floor was filthy the fan in the bathroom sounded like it was going to seize I almost cut my hand on the luggage stand. The refrigerator did not work it needs a deicing. We had to move to another room. I called about the Jacuzzi because it was not working and he said he would get a maintenance guy on it to see what the problem was and then that never happened. We went down for breakfast on Saturday morning and there was no breakfast because the person that was supposed to be there walked off and went home. So now I have the expensive going out someplace to go eat breakfast. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel. It’s been one problem after another. There was crumbs on my nightstand when we came into the room like somebody had been there eating. The AC was squeaking the whole time. I pulled the filter out and cleaned it and Annette stopped the squeaking for some reason. The bed mattresses felt like they were 30 years old. Honestly this is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. It’s hard to believe I’m in the United States of America after staying here. We are not happy. I looked at the reviews and I didn’t see this kind of response. What can be done. I feel like I should get my money back.***
