Decent inexpensive overnight stay in mobile home, 2 nights, bed linen costs extra.

Clean, economical accommodation handy for Moustiers-Sainte-Marie and Verdon Gorge. Well-equipped kitchenette with good-sized fridge and freezer. Pleasant site. Friendly staff.

We were disappointed to be charged an additional 18 euros for bed linen after reading in advance that all essentials were provided - but it was still reasonable value overall for the location. (Towels also were not included.) This may be typical for mobile home rentals but it should be made clear on Booking.com. No restaurant on-site (mid-October).

Two days at the gorges

Nice little cottage at the side of the gorge, close to the lake. Easy to reach the boating/kayaking attractions and the village of Moustier. The cottage has all what is needed.

There was a little mix up with our bedsheets (on request, extra). Unfortunately the reception has limited opening times so we slept one night with the wrong bedsheets.

Great location and a great place for larger family to comfortably sleep.

The location was perfect for exploring the region. Many campsites here, which makes parking easy. The accommodation was large. Great that it had an outdoor table and chairs and good space.

The expense of linen etc was a bit extreme, and this was a little unclear. There actually was pillows and a blanket (though needed covers). Since we had to clean, it would have been nice to be provided with more cleaning products to do this well and efficiently. I don't mind having to do this, as it does ensure that we take care of the place, but asking us to clean windows etc is a bit over the top. It would have been nice to know the kind of coffee machine that was available so we could be prepared as well.

Disappointing for the price changed and what was provided.

It was in a convenient location to Lake St Croix.

The online booking process proved to be very confusing for an overseas traveller as the same online registration questions were asked again a few weeks later after submitting it. The staff at the desk then asked some of the same questions and when I explained to her that I had already submitted the requested information online she relied that she had not looked at what was submitted. The rooms very very tight, the park not well kept and not much was provided in the park except the cabins. One of the staff member was very understanding but could not change how things are done. Overall a very disappointing experience of the camping park. With all the deposited and bonds required it proved to be a lot more expensive that an Gette or apartment in town.

Location was nice

Few things not included as: linen, towels and wifi. Finally it is too expensive for what you get. Reception opening late and closing early. The bedroom is very small in the mobilhome.

Very good

Nice bungalow fully equipped. It was close to the stream so I could hear the sound while chilling in the evening and when and going to sleep. The camping was quiet and well mantained.

The gate at the entrance read the plates in the front of the vehicle for automatic recognition and opening... but I have a motorcycle so the plate is on the back. I had to pass on the side (actually the pedestrian passage) to go in and out. The staff doesn't speak english but still we managed to communicate and was friendly.

This place could not be more charming. The people working in reception were very friendly. The cabin was clean, the bed was comfy. The location was absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend!

excellent location with wonderfil staff!

Loved the location and views from our trailer! the trailer was small but new and had everything we needed! super quiet! The food truck servicing coffee, breakfast, lunch was sooo good! excellent espresso! fresh bread every morning. had a delicious country salad and panini to go one day for a trail lunch, we hiked in the gorge and paddled up the beautiful gorge from the lake!

There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, the kitchen is well equipped, there is a dishwasher. Well-established entry and exit procedures. Thank you a lot for the wonderful impressions of our stay in this place!

Posto meraviglioso e comodo

Posizione perfetta per visitare le Gole del Verdon e il paesino di Moustiers-Sainte-Marie. La casa mobile offre tutto il necessario e la possibilità di parcheggiare la propria auto di fianco alla casa è molto comoda.

Le pulizie dell'alloggio non sono incluse: l'ospite può scegliere se occuparsene personalmente oppure pagare un sovrapprezzo per farle eseguire dalla struttura. È richiesta una caparra di 300€, che viene restituita al termine del soggiorno se non vengono riscontrati danni all’alloggio e se le pulizie sono state fatte. L’unico inconveniente che ho riscontrato è stato il tempo di attesa per il rimborso della caparra, che è risultato piuttosto lungo. Da quanto mi è stato spiegato, non si è trattato di una responsabilità diretta della struttura, ma di una conseguenza legata al fatto che l’attività è registrata come noleggio veicoli: in questi casi, alcune banche impiegano più tempo (anche mesi) per sbloccare l’importo. Ritengo sia corretto segnalarlo, così che i futuri ospiti siano informati.

Naja...

Die Lage des Campingplatzes ist wirklich sehr schön, nah am See und der Verdonschlucht. Mit dem Rabatt über Booking war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt in Ordnung. Früherer Check-in nach Rücksprache war sehr entgegen kommend.

Leider war die Unterkunft bei Ankunft nicht sauber, obwohl man am Ende entweder selbst putzen oder eine sehr hohe Endreinigungsgebühr von 85 € zahlen muss. Zum Selberreinigen gab es lediglich einen einzigen Schwamm für alles und sehr wenig Reinigungsmittel. Das Mobilheim war stark abgenutzt und insgesamt in keinem guten Zustand. Da es sehr kalt war, musste die Klimaanlage die ganze Nacht im Heizmodus laufen. Alles in allem entsprach die Unterkunft nicht den Erwartungen.

Personnel très sympa et accueillant

Pas très propre, et la vaisselle était sale. Le produit vaisselle mis a disposition n‘etait pas suffisant pour nettoyer la vaisselle encore sale à Notre arrivée. Les plaques ne gaz ne fonctionnaient pas et donc ma cuisine n‘était pas utilisable. Il faudrait peut être vérifier le peu de matériel à disposition avant l‘arrivée pour ne pas imposer aux voyageurs d‘attendre le technicien.

Soggiorno rigenerante in Provenza

Ottima soluzione per visitare Moustiers Sainte Marie e le gole del Verdon. Staff molto professionale perfettamente coordinato dal Direttore Kevin: con discrezione e simpatia sono molto efficaci e cordiali.

E' un campeggio con bungalow in costante via di miglioramento nei servizi e nelle offerte. Mi è piaciuto tutto, in particolare l'attenzione del Direttore e dello staff verso le aspettative dei clienti.

Déception totale

Le calme, la climatisation dans la salle principale Le personnel qui a cherché à trouver une solution.

- le prix au départ est de 1300 euros on s'attend donc à des prestations à la hauteur ( il y avait une remise de 500 euros) - chauffe eau défectueux pendant 3 jours puis en panne donc changement de mobile home - une pluie d'orage normale mais fuite d'eau dans le mobile et sur la terrasse,sous l'auvent - odeur de gaz+++dans le mobile et à l'extérieur, Intervention d'un réparateur et arrêt du chauffe eau donc plus d'eau chaude et... inquiétude - la propreté et le côté vétuste du mobile (aération décollée, plafond décollé,porte qui ferme mal...) - on paie cher,on nous demande 300 euros de caution mais la prestation n'est pas à la hauteur

Les équipements intérieur du logement

Le camping ne dispose d’aucun aménagement (soit disant une piscine mais pas la, une soit disant rivière pour se baigner mais c’est un mini ruisseau qui n’est meme pas aménagé pour la "baignade "). Présence de rongeurs dans le logement depuis plusieurs semaines sans intervention des équipes.

Séjour serein dans un cadre magnifique.

Un cadre exceptionnel,la tranquillité, le calme, l'authenticité.

À partir de 23h, on ne peut plus rentrer le véhicule et il doit rester devant la reception. Je comprends les raisons: permettre aux personnes en tente de dormir mais quand on a des enfants en bas âge, c est gênant de traverser le camping dans le noir...
