The property was very private with kind and helpful neighbors. It is cozy but has super windows which give a more open feel. It is located in a pedestrian area so be aware of large luggage. The sleeping quarters are with low ceiling but as I am well over 6 feet tall you get used to that and regardless spend most of the time outdoors in this incredible village. Gérard was most excellent with communicating to us!! Excellent host

The location was great especially when you look for a quiet place. Unfortunately no wifi available and you have to shower in a sitting bath. No cars in the street and friendly people for neighbours. in a few minutes you are at the lake and the boulevard with a variety of restaurants and watersport possibilities.

sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt. Alles vorhanden, teils etwas älter, aber ok! Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss, dadurch angenehm kühl. Zuwegung über Treppen und Rampen, eben Altstadt. WLAN etwas schwach, funktioniert mit Aussetzern. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, leider mit wenig Englischkenntnissen

Bauduen est une très jolie ville, le lac est magnifique et nous avons hâte de revenir en vacances ! La location contient le nécessaire (sauf cafetière électrique) plus linge de lit, de toilettes et produits ménagers. Cependant la literie est atroce! Les matelas des enfants sont tellement minces que notre ado à du dormir dans le canapé pour que son petit frère puisse dormir sur les 2 matelas superposés. Quand au lit pour adulte il grince tellement qu'on n'ose même pas se retourner la nuit. Je pense qu'il serait également bien de préciser dans l'annonce que les chambres sont semi - troglodytes donc assez humides et qu'il n'y a aucun accès voiture possible pour s'approcher de la location à moins de 200 mètres. A éviter donc si vous avez des problèmes pour marcher ou si vous êtes asthmatique.

Séjour agréable, appartement correspondant à nos attentes en terme d'équipement. Il serait toutefois judicieux de prévoir une cafetière électrique. Propriétaire très gentil, courtois, qui nous a même proposé de rester 1 ou 2 journée(s) supplémentaire(s) gracieusement afin d'éviter les bouchons du week-end. Par contre, une attention particulière doit être apportée au nettoyage. Salle de bains, WC, cuisine et appareils ménagers (frigo, four) sales à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû faire le ménage en prenant possession de la location. Le propriétaire devrait être plus présent à l'arrivée et/ou au départ des locataires et ne pas laisser cette tâche à la personne en charge de l'entretien de l'appartement.

Je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour. La maison est très coquette, bien dans son jus. Bien entretenue et tout a été prévu pour notre arrivée. Les propriétaires pensent vraiment à tout :) L'emplacement est idéal, au coeur du village médiéval et à deux pas du lac où il y a une petite plage de galets et plusieurs activités nautiques.

Petite maison charmante dans un environnement enchanteur. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Juste qqs petits détails à améliorer: petite fuite d'eau sur le robinet des toilettes et absence de grill pain même si cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir.

Sauberes Objekt, wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist absolut hinreißend, in einem schönen kleinen Ort. Die Menschen hier sind wirklich nett und zuvorkommend. Jedes Sprach Problem ist mit Humor gelöst worden. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch seine Vertretung Madame Anna war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt an einem See der unfassbar schön ist. Die Ausflüge in das Umfeld der Stadt sind sehr schön und interessant. Die Verdunschlucht ist ein echtes Abenteuer.

Eine wunderbare kleine Maisonette-Wohnung! Die Schlafräume im Untergeschoß sind selbst bei großer Hitze angenehm kühl. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Zum See sind es ca. 150 m, das Wasser ist sehr klar. Ein wunderbarer Ort mit Restaurants und einem kleinen Lädchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Idyllisches Häuschen mit stilechter Einrichtung in den engen Gassen eines niedlichen Bergdorfes, ca. 150m vom Lac de Sainte-Croix entfernt. Wer diesen Stil liebt so wie wir, wird sich hier auf jeden Fall wohlfühlen. Im Haus ist an Einrichtung alles da, was man braucht.Der Schlafraum befindet sich halb im Felsgestein und ist selbst bei großer Hitze angenehm kühl. Im Ort ist eine ausreichende Anzahl von Restaurants und Bar`s, um jeden Tag etwas anderes auszuprobieren. Der Bäcker hat gefühlt immer geöffnet. Alles Andere findet man in den Nachbarorten oder am Sonntag auf dem Markt in Bauduen selbst. Die ersten Bilder vom See, sahen aus wie mit dem Bildbearbeitungsprogramm auf gehübscht. Aber weit gefehlt, das Wasser hat diese wahnsinns Farbe. Ansonsten, eine athemberaubende Landschaft mit unendlich vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Wir haben allein für die Verdonschlucht drei Tage investiert ( 1. mit dem Auto um die Schlucht, 2. mit dem Kajak in die Schlucht - soweit man darf, 3. eine unvergeßliche Wanderung zum "Imbut" in der Verdonschlucht ). Wir hatten leider nur eine Woche gebucht und müssen nun wohl Wiederkommen, um das Verpaßte nachzuholen. Nicht zu vergessen nette Leute im Ort und der Nachbarschaft. Was bleibt ist ein Urlaub mit vielen schönen Erinnerungen und Bilder, die man auch ohne Fotoapparat nie vergißt. Vielen Dank Gerard Febvay und vielen Dank Anna

Nach dem ersten "oh" und "ah" erkannten wir die Vorteile dieser Wohnung im rustikalen Gebäude, die modernen Komfort im alten Gemäuer bietet. So gibt es z. B. einen Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Ganz besonders gefiel uns das Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss, welches sich auf Höhe der Gasse befindet. Durch dicke Mauern und eine Raumhöhe von ca,. 1,70 m blieb es angenehm kühl. An einigen Stellen der Wohnung wurden bewusst die originalen Wände aus Feldsteinen zur Geltung gebracht. Ein Nachteil ist, dass man nicht mit dem Auto heranfahren kann wg. der engen Gassen und das Gepäck ca. 100 m tragen muss. Das versteht man aber sofort, wenn man den Ort sieht. Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich haben wir den Vermieter erlebt, der bei allen Fragen sofort zur Stelle war. Unsere Empfehlung für alle, die etwas für Land und Leute übrig haben und auf den Komfort eines Hotels verzichten können. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

La situation de cette location au cœur du village en fait un havre de paix et de fraîcheur, à quelques mètres du lac. Idéal pour découvrir le lac et les gorges, et partager son temps entre randonnées, baignades et balades dans les villages provençaux. Accueil chaleureux et attentif du propriétaire. Disponibilité et jovialité de la voisine. Un endroit de villégiature que nous recommandons, et où nous retournerons volontiers.

Petite maison hyper sympa dans un village calme et atypique a 100 m d,un lac hyper clean et chaud. Une foule d'activité dans une région magnifique .. Le tout agrémenté de voisins chaleureux ..extraordinaires!!! ..merci à Anna pour son rose à l'ombre de magnifiques muriers et à Marco pour sa pêche à l'écrevisse .. Merci à mr Febvay pour sa gentillesse !! Vraiment ,des vacances inoubliables..simples et sportives .. Il me tarde d'y retourner !!

Séjour agréable dans un village authentique. L'accueil est chaleureux et l'appartement, au coeur des vieilles ruelles, joliment meublé et bien équipé. Petit bémol : le canapé, absolument inconfortable... Les chambres, créées dans les anciennes caves voutées, gardent la fraicheur malgré la chaude température extérieure. Un lieu de villégiature plaisant.

L'appartement est joliment meublé, avec gout, il est propre et très bien équipé. Petit mais cosy, les chambres aménagées dans les anciennes caves font cocons. L'équipement est récent et complet. Le village est magnifique, du pur style des beaux villages du parc du Verdon. Venu hors saison, j'y ai trouvé calme et sérénité. Le contact avec le propriétaire était parfait, aux petits soins pour que tout se passe bien. Je recommande sans hésitation.
