About this villa rental
A lovingly furnished villa for 6 people, not far from the beach in Benissa.
The villa is fully equipped for 6 people and comes with internet access, as well as Astra and terrestrial TV.
The 3 bedrooms (with air conditioning) feature double beds and flat-screen TVs, whilst the 2 bathrooms are modern and flooded with natural light. The largest en-suite bathroom is located in the master bedroom.
Behind the house is a large sun terrace with a 9 x 4.5-metre private swimming pool (and outdoor shower). To complete the holiday atmosphere and enjoy the Mediterranean ambience, there is an outdoor kitchen and an al fresco dining area next to the house.
The property has parking for up to 2 cars.
The well-known Pepe la Sal supermarket is approximately 700 metres away, and all other shops for daily necessities are in the immediate vicinity. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance.
The nearest swimming spot in Baladrar Bay is a 3- to 4-minute walk away; in the evenings, you can round off the day in style on Baladrar Beach at the Chiringuito bar, right by the water.
Near the house is the ‘Club de Tenis Buenavista’ tennis club, where you can not only play tennis but also paddle tennis; for further entertainment, there are yoga and Pilates classes as well as dance classes such as tango.
In an adjoining room there is a table football table (Cougar Arena brand), and next door, outdoors, a mini table tennis table for all ages.
For hiking enthusiasts, we recommend the ecological coastal footpath that runs all the way to Calpe.

From enquiring about the villa to leaving, the communication with Daniela was fantastic. She was friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The villa itself was lovely. Clean, fantastic modern bathrooms, well equipped with a fantastic swimming pool and outdoor kitchen.
All the local amenities are within easy reach, but you do need a car as there are very few paths to the beach and shops.
The area is really nice with a choice of lovely quiet beaches, bars and restaurants. Our favourite beach was next to El Chamizo where there was free parking. Eating and drinking out is very expensive though, but I know nowhere is cheap anymore!
We spent lots of time using the pool and moved drinks/equipment to the outdoor kitchen for convenience - such a great space.
If I were to add anything to improve, it would be:
Provide beach/pool towels as these take a lot of luggage space.
Provide a couple of umbrellas to take to the beach, as the small coves have no shade, and umbrellas are not something you’d want to leave at the villa as they are expensive. A beach bag with plastic picnic equipment would also be good (we have had this in several villas we stayed in) to take food to the beach rather than have to buy lunch out.
Have a couple of pool inflatables for guests to use as again these are expensive to buy. We bought a ball and bat/ball set that we left for future guests to enjoy.
These are really only suggestions as I cannot fault anything at all!

Four of us had a fantastic stay in this property.
Everything was as shown in the pictures.
The pool and outdoor kitchen were brilliant.
The location was great with the beach a short stroll with a superb beach bar/restaurant where we ate a few times.
A couple of minor issues were dealt with straight away.
All in all we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this property.

C...ette résidence manque d'un entretien régulier sur le matériel:
Panne de la machine à laver le linge.
Siège de cuisine d'été détérioré.
Sèchoir de linge en très mauvais état.....
