Perfect for families, golf groups, or your beach basecamp, this Ocean City/ Berlin rental home has plenty of room to spread out and a healthy dose of fun for everyone! As children of the 70s & 80s, and comic book fanatics, we've curated a space featuring our impressive collection of memorabilia that invites you to use your imagination and think about your own superpowers and how you utilize them to save the world. Whether your special gifts include flying, super speed, heat vision, super strength, or reality bending, this 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom gives you and your superfriends an opportunity to relax, unwind, and make some memories.
The townhome features a stunning second level great room that has images of your favorite superheroes and tabletop video game console (e.g., Pac Man, Ms. Pac Man, Galaga, Time Pilot, and over 100+ games); hardwood floors; a gourmet kitchen with beautiful surface counters; two three-sided fireplaces; and a private deck (with smokeless grill) overlooking the serene, wooded backyard. Home is complete with 3 third floor bedrooms with an expansive Master Suite with lounge area. Each bedroom has its own unique gallery that invites you and your family to have endless conversations about heroes, villains, gods, and superpowers.
There are 2 assigned driveway parking spaces for your Batmobile, bat-cycle, or invisible jet.
HOA Registration is required and all paperwork must be submitted 10 Days prior to Check-In. Glen Riddle offers two 18-hole championship courses, The Man of War and The War Admiral to test your golf skill, strength, and accuracy. Other resort amenities include the Ruth Chris steakhouse and Marina. The clubhouse features an outdoor resort-style pool, fitness center, locker rooms, sauna, and an indoor hot tub with Clubhouse Cards available to purchase through the HOA.

House was nice. Comfy place to stay & relax during downtime or a rainy day. Had everything needed to cook in the home. Close to many things & just a short drive into OCMD. Could use more TVs, perhaps in bedrooms for when not everyone likes to watch the same things.
Also take note, there are A LOT of steps. We knew being a townhome it would entail stairs but not quite this many. Carrying a sleeping 30lb toddler all the way up was no easy feat, also for anyone in your party that may be older or have hip/back problems, just be aware.
Overall, a nice place to stay, not right in the hustle & bustle of OCMD but super close.

The property was close to Ocean City, but just out of the busy strip. The a/c worked very well, and the house was spacious. The decor was definitely a fun conversation, and the classic game station was a HIT! Neighbors were nice, and parking was adequate.
On the negative, there was no real communication with the owners, or the owner representative. We were given instructions to enter, but the use of any amenities was contingent on submitting a an overly cumbersome lease agreement which required owner data points which is unknown to us, the tenant. Numerous attempts to contact were all unsuccessful, and the listed phone number kept sending us to spam ads. Extremely frustrating! Further, guests need to bring their own linens, bath & paper towels, and toilet paper. Some of the blankets for use were dirty, and some walls had smashed insects still stuck there. None of these are deal-breakers.
Overall, we would stay there again. It was as advertised, and was pleasant. All appliances worked, which cannot be said for many other places in Ocean City.
