Brand New Remodeled Condo in Park City!



Everything in this 3 bed/ 2 bath condo is new. Prime location! In the Old Town area of Park City. The free park city shuttle stops directly across the street to make getting around town extremely convenient. There are several shops and restaurants on the block, and it's less than a mile from Main Street.



The Space:

You will receive a four digit access code before your arrival from our property manager.



Guest Access:

Private entrance on the left (when looking at the property from the street) side of the property.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet residential area, close to shops and restaurants.



Getting Around:

The free park city bus is directly across the street and can have you to the mountain and Main St within minutes.



Other Things to Note:

You will receive instructions about the property before your arrival via email from our property manager.

The condo was nice,alot of space and nice applicances.The only drawback was we did not have a porch or back yard because it was in the basement.I would book the upstair unit if you like to sit outside.

Agree with prior comments, especially from Brooke H. We had a very nice stay - condo was clean, host was great. The premises, however, are a converted basement, so we encountered concrete floors, limited daylight, and some noise from the upstairs guests. But, the rental is a good value and great location for PC.

Had a great stay w family here this week. Overall the property is clean and had enough space for my husband and I, our three and six year old and my mother in law. Well stocked kitchen but bring your own keurig pods. The biggest thing that wasn’t clear in the listing is that this is a basement level of a single family home (separate entry). To access you must walk down 7-8 steps (exterior no hand rail) several of which are open to the elements — if you have anyone elderly or who needs help down stairs it might be good to note. Also the floors are concrete and a bit slippery so not the coziest. The windows are basement windows so limited light overall. And only one in the main family room. Some footstep noise from unit above. Finally the rooms have individual heaters a bit on the loud side as they click on and off — sound is equivalent to bathroom fan. Management was responsive when two heaters were inoperative. They didn’t get fixed yet but we had two space heaters so we were fine. Overall it was a clean stay and logistics were easy.

The prime location in the Prospector area of Park City was a major highlight. Silver Mountain Sports Club and Spa right across the street was a convenient bonus, and the free Park City shuttle stop made exploring the area a breeze. The proximity to various shops and restaurants on the block, coupled with being only 1 mile from Main Street, made it easy to immerse ourselves in the local scene. The check-in process was seamless, adding to the overall positive experience. The property manager's responsiveness was noteworthy; any questions or concerns were addressed promptly, reflecting a high level of customer service. It's always reassuring when the management is attentive and efficient, ensuring a stress-free stay.
