About this house rental
This beautiful and newly constructed (2020) coastal cottage is located west end of scenic 30-A in the Serenity at Dune Allen subdivision behind the local's favorite Stinky's Fish Camp and Restaurant. Coastal Cottage is just a few minutes walk to the breathtaking white sandy beaches of South Walton/Gulf of Mexico and it is conveniently located near many top notch restaurants and shopping. The new public beach access at the front of the subdivision provides clean and efficient access to the Gulf.

I rented this property for my brother's family of 6 and his brother-in-law's family, also of 6. There were 8 kids total and plenty of space for all of them. The kitchen was well stocked and the provided beach gear was greatly appreciated. Next time, we'll use the golf cart! The host was very easy to get in touch with and super helpful with the check-in process and the few questions that came up during our stay.

We loved this property! Located in an awesome community of new construction with close proximity to beach & the fabulous Stinky's Fish Camp Restaurant ;) Our property owner, Christopher, was over the top accommodating and attentive with prompt communication always. We felt very well taken care of. The home was amazing, spacious with beautiful beach decor and lots of amenities! The location is close proximity to both Seaside & Destin. I would highly recommend this property and would love to return some day in the future!

We had a great week. Nice house, there were 12 of us, all ages, plenty of room. Close to beach and Stinky's. Kitchen well equipped, we cooked several meals there. Growing neighborhood, probably a dozen houses going up all around us. Only real problem was the beach. The new beach access is surrounded by "private beach", which is unavailable to regular folks like us. We were crammed into the public beach area like sardines. Not cool.

It was a wonderful stay. The neighborhood is just a short walk to the beach and also has a pool. The house had everything you need for a family vacation.
