CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
Early check -in or late check- out is based on availability with an extra fee associated.
- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.
- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
-A rental contract will be provided with the greeter at check-in for you to sign
Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals

-Pool heating is optional and available for an additional nightly rate.
The pool can be heated during the winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained the best we can during the winter months. As the pools are outside we have them set for the 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools. We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80’s during the colder seasons, To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.
- We do not charge for hot tub
*If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. If its out of our control such as ac, water leak, or plumbing issues, we will not offer any refund.

We recommend taking precautions, such as keeping doors and windows closed when not in use and using caution when stepping outside, especially at dusk and dawn.

We had a group of 16 for a golf trip and the place was fantastic. So much to do at the house and most importantly, it was clean. Was a great value and a convenient location to everything.

Fairly good to summarize it. The first night there was sewage smell coming off the vents which made it unbearable for all of us and we had to contact the host. received a reply next morning stating that it has been looked into previously and that there is nothing they can do about it apart from providing us with air fresheners. once we switched off the heater and the vents, it became bearable to some degree. barring this, the property was fairly good and well equipped.
