Clean, had lots of amenities in kitchen that we didn’t even use. Good toiletries brand provided.
Didn’t affect us but the listing mentioned a dishwasher & tumble dryer which it did not have.

location was a nice quiet street, I had no worries that anyone would try steal my car, convenient distance to anywhere you wanted to go for shopping or activities. the water pressure for the shower was amazing after a day of mountain biking.

Handy location, nice sized rooms and handy off-road parking.
The heat pump was on over 30+ degrees when we arrived so it was like a sauna, and the kitchen was full of flies. Cleanliness could also be improved. Rented out through Christchurch Holiday Homes, so never actually saw the host.
