Good location near to shops, with parking, spacious rooms, plenty of sockets, welcome pack of tea,coffee,biscults and milk which was much appreciated, had a lovely time very impressed with the apartment, and opposite the cafe, and next to the bus stop which was a bonus. Will definitely be back thank you for everything

Great

The Snug is really well located and comes with its own parking space. The apartment has everything you need, and it’s perfect as long as you’re not planning to do much cooking. There’s a microwave and a fridge, which is enough to get by especially if you’re planning to enjoy fish and chips.

If I were being very picky, I’d say the shower silicone could be refreshed and the mattress updated, but these were very minor points and didn’t detract from our stay at all.

Love Seahouses

Good location

Only 2 cups, 2 plates, 2 bowls etc., no dishwasher so lots of washing up! Lino in hallway badly laid and a trip hazard! Blind in bedroom thick with dust and mould spots! Extractor in kitchen covered in months of dust. Apartment in need of a deep clean (see photos)

Very convenient location. Very spacious. Comfortable. Short walk to the beach, around the corner from the Coop and other shops and services. Has its own outside space which would be great in warmer weather. An excellent place to relax.

Car parking was a bit tight (but free and at the property so liked that part) and it would have been good to have a few extra plates and bowls- there was two of everything but often you need more if cooking at home.

Property was smaller than suggested in advertising. We expected at least 2 rooms. Advance publicity was misleading. The room and kitchen were attractively fitted out, although there was a minimum of provision - eg not even a washing-up brush/cloth. Described as the Snug, definitely on the cramped side.

The furnishings and fittings were of good quality but with it being the end of the season they were a bit tired. The property on the surface was clean but it really could do with a deep clean.

Would recommend & should we return we would book again

The location of the property is excellent, very close to the high street. We found it quiet (no noisy neighbours) at the time of staying (early October). It has everything you need for a self catering apartment. We found the bed comfortable. The shower was great, very powerful.

Lovely spacious snug, comfy beds, great shower. Fab location. Good communication from the hosts prior to arrival. Good selection of tea/coffee etc.

Minor problem which can be easily rectified, the tap in the kitchen drips constantly and could do with fixing, we both noticed it through the night.

Super for two or three days

Great location. Clear instructions regarding key collection. Clear information inside. Comfortable , heating when you needed it. Lovely fluffy towels.

Slight musty smell on entering. Possibly could do with a couple of diffusers. I know people don't always like them but just needed a fresher smell.

You have been warned!

Not a lot. Bed was comfy and big.

Filthy shower trap (see pictures). Reported to proprietor via a message using booking.com. He couldn't be bothered to respond. Described as having a 'Kitchenette' which I've never seen before without a small hob. Proprietor obviously differs to the dictionary definition of what's in a 'Kitchenette'. All this place had was a crappy microwave and a toaster. Try getting a hot dish out of a microwave at the height this one is without obvious danger of scalding. No cooking dishes provided only microwave safe eating dishes. Very slippy to handle even with oven gloves. Kettle lid very difficult to open. If you want to stay here, hope you like takeaways! Two settees both so well used that they were very uncomfortable and need throwing in the nearest skip. Some idiot has installed the WiFi router in the ceiling over the bed and a blue ring of light shines all night. Noisy neighbours in next apartment. Whole property location is a nightmare as the bus stop is immediately adjacent to the property entrance. Local scutters hang around there mouthing off.

Parking could be tricky if the car park was full especially if other drivers didn't park close to the wall. A sign would be helpful asking drivers to park as close to the wall as possible to ensure those parking at the bottom are not hindered.

Excellent location and plenty of space

Excellent location with private off street parking, plenty of space, good communication with the hosts, great shower and comfortable mattress. Nice kitchen area, well equipped, short of a pair of scissors but otherwise has everything. Smart tv if you get stuck with a rainy day, private enclosed garden area. Plenty of plug sockets including USB. Big bath towels and nice toiletries. Welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk sachets etc. Within 5 minutes walking of all shops, eateries, pubs and seafront

Being nit picky really but poorly fitted flooring in entrance and hall gives bad first impression. Could have done with a lighter duvet in the sunmer heat. Had to wipe down in the kitchen and wash a couple of bits before use that had been overlooked from previous guests.

Wonderful location & property

We stayed in the snug, which was very clean, well presented & welcoming. You walk into a small kitchen area then through to the bedroom which is large with a sofa, 4 seater dining table and large TV. The bed is super comfy.

Super location, just a short walk from shops and harbour. The apartment had everything one needed.

The garden didn‘t have anything organic in it, poor birds flew by and of course didn’t find anything in the plastic grass. Didn’t use it.
