Great location and great staff!

The reception staff is efficient and friendly. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The hotel is ideally located between the beach and the castle, with the modern art museum next door and 15 minutes walk to historic downtown and plenty of restaurants.

Comfortable, well located stay !

We liked the ease of access from the pavement taxi drop off, to the front desk. The welcome by reception staff and porter was very friendly & efficient, after a long journey.

Better than expected experience.

We had a great room on a top floor to the rear of the building. Great views and very quiet. We couldn’t have asked for more. Excellent breakfast. Super helpful gentleman who explained everything and ensured that breakfast was well run.

Quiet with balcony overlooking the bullring. Very good healthy breakfast selection.

Perfect location for our 3 night stay

Great location within easy reach of beach and city centre, very near the Pompidou Centre with its shops & restaurants. A lovely view of the Alcazabar & bull ring.

Excellent hotel!

Excellent hotel! Very friendly staff, excellent breakfasts. 5 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to the city center. The bus from the airport stops next to the hotel. Also right next to the hotel is a taxi rank. There are many cafes and restaurants around. Nearby is the Malaga Marina promenade with a large selection of cafes, restaurants and shops. The hotel has a restaurant Promesa, the cuisine of which is extremely delicious!

A small wardrobe, it is difficult for two people to place their clothes in it.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel in a central location- 5 mins from the beach and 10 mins from the centre. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and a good few super markets. Room was a good size and everything was clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. When we arrived by taxi a porter came out to meet us and brought our bags in and also followed us up to the room with the luggage after we checked in. Our room was on the 10th floor so some nice views over the city. We did not have breakfast included so can't comment on the food but there was a bakery right across the road which was reasonably priced for food and good quality. Beach towels available at reception- just to note €10 deposit each required however it is returned when the towels are returned to reception. Overall we had a nice stay for 2 nights and would recommend.

There was a strong smell of sewage in the room at times but that seemed to be the case in general in the city- some areas were particularly pungent around some parks which we ended up avoiding. Hotel is on a very busy road so just need to be careful when crossing and use the pedestrian crossings.

A nice hotel with perfect location

The location was perfect, around 4 minutes walk to the La Malagueta Beach. The historical centre was also like a 10 minutes walk with a lot of great restaurants. 5 minutes walk to the port which was also very nice. The beds in the hotel were very comfortable and big, different pillow choices were on the bed so you could find the one you feel comfortable on. There were extra blankets in the wardrobe. There was a little balcony to hang the towels/swimsuits to dry. Good air conditioning. We got our 3 rooms next to each other. There was a good safe in the room. Good hairdryer.

We asked if there is a chance for early check in as we were with a 2-year old, but not even for extra fee it was possible. There was no flip flops and bathrobes in the room, which is not common from a 4-star hotel. The balcony had no chairs and table, it was totally empty. I was satisfied with the hotel overall, but felt more like a 3-star hotel to me.

Perfect hotel in a perfect spot!

To start, this location is perfect walking distance to the beach, shops, and the old town area. The hotel was great, and if you can get a room on the 11th or 12th floor, you are in for a treat! The restaurant is excellent. The jacuzzi and rooftop sundeck were great, and the massage was really good too.
