Condo includes everything you need: starter toiletries, towels, linens, kitchenware and a professional responsive property manager to help with anything you need. The tiled counter top and updated kitchen is perfect for dining in. It's ground floor location allows easy access to the beach and fish pond just steps away. The master bedroom has a view out onto the ocean you can enjoy from the comfort of your California king sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is also perfect to relax in after a fun day on the beach or hiking in the nearby mountains. The roof top deck and barbecues provide an incredible setting to enjoy the sunset or whale watch while eating a fantastic meal. Incredible sunsets, fantastic sheltered beach. Menehune Shores has on site the Monsoon Bar and Grill. In addition, Menehune Shores is near dining, entertainment, surfing, theaters, grocery, gasoline, activities, golf, shopping, and all south Maui has to offer. Less than 25 minutes from the airport. The perfect choice for families, couples, and friends.
The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

2026 Annual Pool Closure for Maintenance: September 14, 2026, through September 21, 2026
South Kihei Rd (Ohukai Rd–Kulanihakoʻi St) is closed 24/7 from Apr 20–Jun 20, 2026 for Kona storm repairs. Local access only; expect delays and follow detours via Ohukai, Kenolio, Kaonoulu, Piʻilani Hwy, and Kulanihakoʻi.
Roof Replacement Project Notice - Project Duration: June 8, 2026 - approximately September 5, 2026
June 8 - 9: Crane operations. The parking lot area in front of the flagpoles and the walkway between the restaurant and the 19 stack will be closed.
June 8 - September 5: Parking stalls between the 11 and 16 stacks will be unavailable for construction use.
August 7 - September 5: The BBQ and picnic table area will be closed during work on the South Third of the roof.
Please expect construction noise and periodic disruptions throughout the project.

Everything was perfect except for the air conditioner fan on the lanai. We were never able to enjoy the lanai due to the hot air blowing from the airconditioner. Plus the location of the fan took up a large portion of the lanai. We were never able to eat outside or even sit out to enjoy the view.

Great property with clear instructions, easy check-in, and quick access to the best beach in Kihei. We missed that there was no AC, but we kept the fans going and the windows open for a great cross breeze.

Everything was good! The carpets are stained and worn and need a good cleaning or replaced, and the beautiful mirror that lets you see the ocean better was very smudged. Otherwise, things were in good shape. The guest bedroom closet was filled to the gills with beach gear, cooler, etc. The setting is gorgeous and the proximity to everything you need is amazing. Would definitely stay again.

While the location of this condo was ideal and the check-in process was seamless, the overall experience was dampened by the lack of cleanliness. The unit has not been deep-cleaned for quite some time, as was evident from the thick dust on the furniture, fixtures, doors, and carpet. The kitchen counters were greasy from the cleaner used before we arrived. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean, but it requires a much higher standard of housekeeping to be a comfortable and inviting rental.
