Perfectly within walking distance from LeCom Park which was one of the main purposes when choosing our stay. Surrounding neighborhood was a bit run down but the house was very clean, very well updated. Loved that it had no carpet. Very pet friendly. Good communication with host.

Well equipped kitchen. The picture gallery showed a lovely spot in the yard with a fire pit and Adirondac chairs. It did not exist. Disappointing as we were staying for 2 weeks and would really have enjoyed that outdoor space.

The house is new, clean, functional. Nearby beaches are Bradenton and Anna Maria Island. More or less similar distance to the southern locations like Siesta Key Beach and more northern places, like St Petersburg ( and Clear Water). Tons of activities for the kids.. Numerous restaurants in all directions. Martin and Lynda were very helpful at all hours. We had a great week.
