About this house rental
Nestled in a stunning natural setting, between a eucalyptus forest and the vast beach of Alcamo Marina, our charming villa is located 300 meters from the sea and is the ideal place to combine a desire for tranquility with the urge to explore our wonderful island.
Located on Alcamo’s “Via del Vino”—a town renowned for its vineyards—the house is strategically situated for visiting the most beautiful towns in western Sicily: Scopello and its “Faraglioni” (rocky islets), Castellammare del Golfo, the Zingaro Nature Reserve, San Vito Lo Capo, Palermo, and Trapani—all thanks to its proximity to the main airports (a 30-minute drive from Palermo’s “Falcone Borsellino” Airport and a 45-minute drive from Trapani’s “Birgi” Airport).
The house features 2 double bedrooms, a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen (4 burners, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, and microwave), a dining table, a sofa bed, and two full bathrooms (one with a shower).
The house also has a washing machine for private use, an iron, and a hair dryer.
Designed to make the most of sunny days, the outdoor space is the heart of the home: set within our beautiful garden with a sun deck, you’ll find a 40m² patio with a kitchen (5 burners) and a built-in barbecue area available to guests, where they can truly unwind.
Families with children are welcome, and upon request, we provide everything needed for a peaceful vacation (toys, extra bedding, a baby seat, etc.).
The beach is accessible via a private path, and you’ll also find a Lido there where you can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas and enjoy dining options.
The nearest grocery stores are about 1 kilometer away, and restaurants and pizzerias are about 3 kilometers away.
Upon request, groceries can be provided upon arrival (50 euros in addition to the cost of the purchases) or you can book a dinner with a private chef (price upon request).
We offer our guests beach towel rentals (10 euros each).
