Italian Experience-Villa Clair

Ein sehr modernes Haus, in dem man alles findet was man braucht. Es ist wirklich ein Traumhaus. Der Gastgeber Marco ist einfach unglaublich toll und sehr herzlich. Er hat definitiv dazu beigetragen unseren Urlaub unvergesslich zu machen.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa with our group of 6 adults and 8 children. The four bedrooms plus the spacious landing area comfortably accommodated everyone. Despite reading a previous review about the lack of air conditioning, we found the house pleasantly cool. The A/C units downstairs and upstairs, together with the cooled floors, kept the entire villa comfortable, even though the bedrooms don't have individual units. The villa is beautifully decorated, well maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking and dining outdoors. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. Signor Marco, who lives next door, was a wonderful host, always available to help and happy to recommend supermarkets, restaurants, and beautiful local towns to visit. We would happily return to this little paradise and highly recommend it.

Super comfortabel ruim huis! Van alle gemakken voorzien en heel schoon. Op korte afstand van Fermo en het strand. Echt een plek om een heerlijke vakantie te hebben. Marco, de host, is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dank voor een fijne week.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und großzügig eingerichtet.Auch für uns als Großeltern bestand immer Möglichkeit sich zurück zu ziehen.Der Pool war immer sehr gepflegt.Trampolin und Spielplatz waren für Kindern ein Erlebnis. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
