About this house rental
Wake up to everything Aspen has to offer at your doorstep. This newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome sits in the heart of downtown Aspen — with a private outdoor patio to take in the views. You are a 5-minute walk to the gondola, one block to the Aspen Art Museum, and dozens of world class restaurants and shops to enjoy at your leisure.
Newly refurnished, the main floor is an open floor plan including a fully stocked kitchen with a dining nook; a living area with an electric fireplace and couch; and a foyer with plenty of space to store gear. The primary suite is upstairs — with stunning views of Aspen Mountain, two walk-in closets, desk, and an en suite bath with a double vanity. The second bedroom downstairs, washer and dryer, and full bath. Condo sleeps 5 total.
We are long-time Aspen locals who enjoy welcoming guests to our hometown, and are happy to offer tips for a true local experience. We manage our own property, and have support if/when we are unavailable.
A rare downtown perk: free off-street parking, so there's no hunting for parking after a day on the mountain.
Also available for a long term rental (12 months) for $15,000 per month.

Excellent place on the quiet east side of town but steps away from the retail mix, gondola, parks, and center of town. Reserved parking space. Enclosed patio is nice for parking bikes and scooters. Recently updated with a contemporary look, new appliances, and new finishes. Very accommodating host. Would stay again and highly recommend.
