New 5*house in Rogoznica on a beautiful location near the sea and near the famous marina - Marina Frapa, near the promenade with restaurants and shops, with a lot of entertainment for children. The house is located 2 min walk from the main pebble beach of Rogoznica and another wild beach is located 5 min walk through the forest on the other side.
In front of the house there is a sea wide promenade, but house is the second line (which gives this place privacy), behind the house there is a forest and sea which gives you an opportunity to enjoy sea view from the house.
The house has 3 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a large kitchen and large dining area from where you can get to the terrace and outdoor swimming pool ( not heated ) and one extra bathroom with shower. Also on this level there is a laundry room. Stairs down will lead you to the wine cellar. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms.
