About this villa rental
Casa Palmeras combines the privacy of a beachfront home with a flexible layout that works especially well for families and groups traveling together.
Reserve the three-bedroom main house for up to eight guests, or choose the four-bedroom configuration and add a separate garden casita for up to ten. The casita has its own bathroom and kitchenette, making it a convenient option for grandparents, another couple, or anyone who appreciates a little extra independence.
Inside the main house, the open living and dining area connects naturally with the beachfront patio and pool. The full kitchen has everything needed for meals at home, and outdoor dining beneath the palms gives the group another place to gather.
Two en-suite bedrooms are located on the second level. One has a king bed, while the other has two queen beds. Both connect with a furnished terrace overlooking the Caribbean.
The rooftop level is dedicated to a private king suite with an en-suite bathroom, sitting area, ocean views, and a separate jungle-facing terrace.
When included, the garden casita adds a queen bedroom, private bathroom, kitchenette, and dining area.

Pool, Beach & Outdoor Living
The private swimming pool is just outside the main living areas, surrounded by tropical gardens, lounge spaces, and a shaded patio for outdoor dining.
Beyond the pool, palms lead directly to the sandy shore of Soliman Bay. Beach palapas and hammocks provide shady places to settle in, while three kayaks make it easy to explore the bay when conditions permit.
A charcoal grill is also available for casual meals at home.

Soliman Bay offers a quieter Caribbean setting between Akumal and Tulum, with a sandy shoreline and opportunities for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking close to home.
Restaurants are within walking distance along the bay. Akumal, Tulum, cenotes, archaeological sites, and other Riviera Maya attractions are easily reached by car.

• The three main-house bedrooms and living room have air conditioning. The casita is also air-conditioned.

• Three kayaks and life jackets are provided for guest use and are subject to availability and condition during your stay.
• A Pack 'n Play crib and high chair are available upon request.
• Laundry service is available for an additional fee.

If you are looking for a space that allows you to be outdoors all day, this is it. Lots of shade, a pool, breezes... Noe and Elizabeth were such a special treat, kind to the children, helpful, but not intrusive. They cooked dinner for us two nights, the food was better than any restaurants we ate at, more affordable, and so convenient. There was some sargrasso, but the kayaking and snorkeling were great. Two restaurants within walking distance, both with great sargrasso free beaches to enjoy! We enjoyed the cold ac in all rooms. Wonderful family vacation!

We were very upset about the seaweed on the beach. The odor of the seaweed was disgusting as it smelled like raw sewage. We could not play in the water of the beach or walk along the beach. This was a great disappointment to the kids and adults as well. I would like to request a partial refund of our rental fee or a credit to use towards a future rental.
