The room was nice and had all the amenities we needed. Amazing location in Sitges, and appreciated the pool area which was never overcrowded and the breakfast was lovely. Also really liked that we could rent a parasol for the beach with a deposit that was returned at the end of the stay. Lots of really wonderful things about this hotel and we would come stay again!
Our room was in the pavilion, which was a second building that had a bit more of an outdated feel. Our room was on the ground floor and you could hear every time someone opened the front door and walked through. Also the cleaning staff start around 9:30 and you could hear them talking, so hard to have a lie in. And the rooms have outdoor space, but if someone was outside talking it was also loud and could be heard in the rooms as well.

The customer service at the hotel was second to none. Lovely helpful staff from front of house and catering to domestic. Great selection of menu for breakfast every morning. Great restaurants
Pity The Galeon don't do dinners as well as breakfast but as I said, great local eateries.
