Great neighborhood, very close on City Park, Bayou St John, Esplanade Ave. Easy access to every part of town. This apartment is not for tall people! But as short people I’m a scant 5’ tall, my wife is 5’4”, we were quite comfortable. No yard or patio space, but with the Bayou and City park a scant 5 minute walk away, who needs the yard?

The location is great to visit the local neighborhood and City Park. Access to the streetcar is easy and allows you to get anywhere but also come back to a quite street at night.The only downsides are the bed/pillows are uncomfortable and the apartment is very short. I'm 6'3" and hit my head several times and couldn't stand up in the bathroom.

This is a nice apartment on a lovely street. However, if you are tall, this is not the place for you. Ceilings are VERY low.
