Please note: Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday June through the last week in August. 2 night minimum for all other dates. We respectfully ask that you do not book this property for large, loud gatherings such as bachelor or bachelorette parties. This home is in a peaceful, residential neighborhood and we want to remain courteous.

Fire Pit: Guests will have use of the outdoor fire pit but will need to bring their own firewood. Cutting of any trees or limbs is strictly prohibited. Guests should
never light a fire during dry, windy conditions. Check NH Division of Forests and Lands daily fire danger conditions to determine if its safe for an outdoor fire. Be responsible and see our Ridgehouse binder for more fire pit safety rules.

Our property is equipped with One outdoor floodlight with security camera over the garage door. This allows us to ensure cleaning, plowing services, and trash services have been performed and the house is ready for our next guests. It is not monitored daily and not monitored for guest safety and should not be relied on by guests for personal security or security of their belongings.
