Charming, bright, and newly renovated apartment (approx. 87 square meters) with a small terrace on the first floor in Dormagen-Delrath.
The town is located exactly between Düsseldorf and Cologne and therefore has excellent access to the A46 and A57 highways. The S11 S-Bahn and the city bus system ensure quick travel times. Shops for daily necessities can also be found within the town. Within walking distance, you’ll find a bakery, grocery store, liquor store, post office, newsstand, hair salon, etc., as well as train and bus stops. The distances to Grevenbroich and Neuss are 15 km. It’s 13 km to Düsseldorf and 22 km to Cologne. However, the most relaxed way to reach Düsseldorf or Cologne is by S-Bahn. And don’t forget... there are plenty of attractive recreational activities.
The apartment can accommodate 3 people. Upon request, a 4th person could also be accommodated temporarily.
It is a separate ground-floor apartment, which of course also has its own parking spaces.
