About this house rental
Cozy apartment in Neuss-Uedesheim for up to 4 people. Quietly located with plenty of privacy, a private garden, terrace, and playground. Despite the relaxed atmosphere, it offers excellent access: right off the B9 and just 900 m from the A46—perfect for Düsseldorf, the trade fair, and the surrounding area. Free parking available. Amenities: kitchen, bathroom/toilet, Wi-Fi, and TV. Ideal for short stays, families, and business travelers.
The accommodation has a separate entrance that is independent of our main entrance. From there, you can access the pool area directly (not included in the rental price) and then proceed to the living and sleeping area.
The living/sleeping area is equipped with a sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) and an additional sofa bed (120 × 190 cm). The built-in kitchenette includes a stovetop, sink, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, as well as dishes, pots, and cutlery. A TV and a dresser are also provided.
There is also a separate small dressing area with a recliner (60 × 190 cm) and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
The living area is located in the basement and is well-ventilated and well-lit.
Outside, you’ll find a spacious garden with a patio and a play area. A free parking space is also available.
