Pueblo Chico Theme Park is an easy 12-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 7-minute drive to Lago Martianez Swimming Pools.

Spend some time at the nearby beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), relax by the outdoor pool, or sip a drink in the garden of this 1292-sq-ft villa, which also features a deck or patio. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll have a washer and dryer, too. We had a magical stay here. The garden is so beautiful, it felt like being in your own botanical garden. The house itself was incredibly clean and comfy and I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere with a better appointed kitchen - they really had everything you could think of. The location was quiet but very close to supermarkets and it was easy to get around the island from the house. We chose this as an extra special holiday place and it really lived up to that. I'd highly recommend this place, it exceeded our expectations and no photo could ever do the beauty of that garden justice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Siempre Verde. Everything was as advertised, the house was super clean and very well equipped. Communication with the owner before our visit was very good. The beds were very comfortable (nice to have a true queen size bed rather than twins pushed together). The quality of furnishings and equipment was excellent. (Good knives, pots and pans, dishes, etc.) The pool was heated to 28/29 degrees every day which was great for us as my other half is recovering from spinal surgery so exercise was important. (Paid extra for that). We enjoyed the patio, the yard, and especially all the flowers, trees, greenery, etc. We got used to the roosters very quickly and barking dogs only bothered us once or twice in 45 days. Nadine was very helpful, especially re my lost wallet, which was recovered because the local police called her (I had the business card in my wallet). Theresa did a great job on housekeeping. The gardeners came regularly and did a a good job, and the pool cleaner guy is very jovial and efficient. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe. We live in Canada so it is not easy to get to Tenerife but once there it’s perfect for us. Kathy and Bruce. Ottawa Ontario Canada
