"APARTMENT FACING THE OCEAN" is located in Tenerife, right on the beautiful Playa Martianez in Puerto de la Cruz, just 30 meters from the ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves—a privilege you’ll miss when you leave.
This fully renovated studio offers complete privacy for up to four guests: a separate bedroom, living area with private kitchen, and a stylish bathroom. It’s not a hotel room, but a carefully maintained home.
The kitchen features an induction cooktop with ceramic plate, microwave with grill, toaster, capsule coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, dishwasher, and a welcome kit including oil, salt, pepper, toothpicks, and kitchen paper.
On arrival, you’ll find a welcome pack with water and some breakfast items. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, hairdryer, first aid kit, sewing kit, and laundry capsules. Each guest receives face, shower, and pool towels, plus bath mats.
Fast Wi-Fi, TV, modern washing machine, and step-free access with elevators complete the amenities. Unreserved indoor parking is shared with residents and other guests. A small extra fee per additional guest covers linens, towels, and utilities, ensuring the same quality welcome for everyone.
