Private easy to find and near the beach
Wasnt overly clean could have done with a dust and vacuum. Few dead cockroaches laying around

The location was great, the amenities were ample.
Not as clean as per other similar rentals. The main areas - bedroom, bathroom & kitchen were clean. But certain details such as carpets, cushions, window sills etc could have been better taken care of.

Clean, nicely renovated, not too far to walk to the beach,.. and Fingal Bay is just lovely. McGrath staff were great to deal with.
Having to send photos of my licence and credit card seemed onerous, especially as They had already taken a deposit on that card. If photos are necessary, (as other holiday rental sites do require) surely booking.com could do them as a once off. The agreement we had to sign also did not allow for any visitors as all to come to the property. Now the website said we could ask permission, but the agreement didn't say that. This is a pretty hash condition if you go away with some other families.
