La Ponta Villas & Suites

Absolutely lovely hotel, spotless comfortable rooms with everything you could need, staff were amazing, could not have been more helpful and friendly, really looked after us so well! Hot tub in our room was a real treat, comfy bed, excellent shower, in fact all facilities were brilliant and the breakfast was great! But really it was the staff who made our stay so wonderful!

The only downside is the distance from public transport but we still made it work and the location was so peaceful!

Wonderful, spacious suites, everything brand new and with an incredible view, staff very kind and attentive.

Nothing

Everything was perfect!

Fantastic location, very friendly and helpful staff

1. Breakfast - not everything available, tasting very average, coffee very thin 2. I understand there is no kitchen and this is ok. However, there are two empty cupboards - basic plates and some cutlery would be a great improvement 3. The place is unmanned after 11 pm. The doors lock (there is no handle on the outside). If you lock yourself out, you are done. Unless you have a phone - there is an emergency number, but there is no emergency phone. Considering the place is in the middle of nowhere, this is about safety 4. Hot bath tub - instructions manual would help to be able to set the right temperature. It can be done by staff, but I prefer doing things on my own.
