The staffs really nice .

The location is superb but the drive to Oia was long . But i loved everything about this location.

Exceptionally clean and beautiful property. All staff were nice and waiter at bar was amazing and went above to make my special needs son food he would eat that wasn’t on the menu and even have him free ice cream for his name day! The jacuzzi was wonderfully relaxing.

Unfortunately it was slightly out of the way but I did like that as it was quiet and relaxing and transfers were booked easily by the hotel. There was also a slight odour coming from shower and toilet drains but just kept those doors closed and didn’t bother us.

We absolutely loved our stay at Serenità Luxury Suites! The complex is beautiful and, although it’s a bit off the beaten path, the breathtaking views more than make up for it. The cleanliness was flawless, and the facilities were simply amazing – truly five-star quality in every detail! .

Our only suggestion would be to offer a buffet breakfast, which would make the experience even more perfect

We knew that the place was far from everything else and from the crowds, and for this reason we chose to stay here and had rented a car. So for anyone who wants to stay here: you need a car. The location is quiet and the view is beautiful, but it is becoming blocked by buildings that are under construction; so you see a lot of skeletons, which kind of ruins the view. The swimming pool is super cold. So we only swam once in it. When we arrived, we were welcomed by Fei and she is very nice. In contrast to the adjacent hotel, there are no info folders about excursions on and around the island available at the reception, which is weird. Staff is not trained at all to help and inform hotel guests about activities on the island. We had booked the room with the garden view, but the bathroom had a strong sewage smell, which got worse after 2 nights. We mentioned this to the hotel staff (a guy) and he reacted as if we were crazy and denied that it smelled of sewage and kept claiming that nothing was wrong. Obviously, I was shocked by this, particularly since we had paid approximately 900 euros for 5 nights (and that in September). We then mentioned this to Fei and she told us that someone would come to fix it and that we should not worry. Someone came indeed to fix it, but the bathroom and shower now both smelled of sewage and in order to cover it up they had blasted the airco so hard in the room so that we could not smell it. But of course we did smell it as soon as we shut down the airco again. So we went back again and mentioned this upon which the guy again denied that anything was wrong. We in the end demanded a change of rooms, but also the bathroom of the new room had a sewage smell as soon as you turned on the shower. We also mentioned this, but by this time the hotel staff (the two guys) reacted very annoyed and ignored us. For this reason, I do not recommend to stay here. The cleaning ladies were, however, lovely and made our room impeccably clean every day.

The breakfast was abysmal; very cheap quality of food items and every day the same thing. After two days the toaster broke down and the very limited selection of bread they had was inedible without it being toasted. We asked one of the staff (one of the two guys that works there) whether there would be a new toaster; he reacted annoyed and grumbled that a new one had been ordered. During the rest of our stay there was no toaster and so I could not eat the bread. The owner hangs around the hotel and pops up here and there like the phantom of the opera; he is very creepy and gives a really weird vibe; doesn't speak any English and just stares at you. We really felt watched. The hotel has a sewage problem (not only our room but also other rooms; also read other reviews), but most of the staff deny that something is wrong. Finally, the hotel is not at all a luxury hotel even though it has described itself at such. It is very clear that the owner is someone who has absolutely no experience in the hospitality industry and has opened like many others in Santorini a hotel just to make money, but without any vision about how to make it for the guests an unforgettable POSITIVE, RELAXING and a QUALITATIVELY SUPERIOR experience. Staff is also not trained in the hospitality industry. Overall, while the hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable, the price is not worth it and it is not commensurate with the quality.
