Disrespectful! I promised to read reviews more carefully in the future!
The apartment received a fair point for it's location: nearly to the train station, daily market, shops and cafe's. Not so friendly with the neighbours and noises of the cars and motorcycles entering the parking garage.
Filthy — it probably hadn’t been cleaned for weeks (or even more), despite informing the host three months before booking that we are traveling with a baby 9 months old. The kitchen was unusable because every single pot and pan was scorched, scratched, and dirty. In the bathroom, there were spiders on the ceiling, the walls were splattered and stained, the toilet brush was rusty and filthy and the toilet paper roll was left half of it used by previous customer. The bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced. The mattress was larger than the bed frame, so it sagged in the middle with raised edges. In the corner of the room were two fans, but no outlets nearby. Clearly, they were just for decoration — one of it was so caked in dust it covered the vents completely. No air conditioning, it was warmer than usual (almost 30°). No Wi-Fi either. One last thing to mention was the poor or a bit aggressive communication with the host. On the day of arrival I was writing the host to provide me the instructions to enter the apartment when usually the host should do it timely. As well as on check-out I was informed the evening before that I have to pay city tax in cash. The aggressive talk was on the day of departure because I couldn't respond on time when we leave the apartment while the check out was informed on the reservation at 11am.

Un piccolo appartamento nel cuore di Torino. In posizione perfetta, vicino al centro raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Struttura nuova, accogliente, pulita, tranquilla. Comodissimo parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. Ospite precisa, cortese. Rapporto qualità/prezzo buona. Letto comodo. Appartamento accogliente
Direi che è uno di quegli appartamenti che ti verrebbe voglia di dire qualcosa che non va…. perché non te lo portino via gli altri. Tutto ok.
