Such a cozy and lovely place. Quiet neighbourhood. Very well connected, 5 minutes to supermarkets / 10 minutes to Las Americas / 20 minutes to Masca. Easy to find parking in the adjacent street. Luc is an awesome host, very friendly and accommodating.

If anything, the TV is not smart. Not a big issue, just bring a Firestick from home☺️

A nice semi self contained 'apartment' with a nlovely garden.

Very quiet apartment

There was some lies in the descriptions of the apartment, for example it's writed that it is parking on the site but this is lie the only parking lot available is for one cat that have the owner, and he say that you can park on the public parking, problem is that in the night is very difficult to find a free spot, we have spoke with him and he didn't receive his parking lot,after calling booking and complain about this lie we have received this parking lot and was ok, second lie was that is a free washing machine but you need to pay 3 euro for one use,realy I don't care to 3 euro when I am on vacation but I don't like when I am beeing lied, I don't understand why don't write for the begining what is included and what is not and what is for additional charge, if you book here look on the facilities very good and if you didn't receive make a complain And in a picture you will see a big TV but it's not a smartTV, we like in vacation some time to relax on TV, we have asked if it's a possibility to watch Netflix and he have told us just " No" he didn't try to do anything for us, I have looked on the internet, I was in Costa adeje and I have bought an Amazon Fire stick and with this stick you can use the TV as a smart TV, I was desapointed that he have not try to do something for us, and we have bought some ceramic plates because we received plastic plates and I can't eat on plastic plates, but we have lefted there for the next that come there
