Comfort, Sea View & Welcoming Hosts The apartment was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. It has three rooms, each with its own air conditioner, and a spacious kitchen fully equipped with plenty of cookware and utensils. The sea view is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking sunrises and beautiful sunsets. There is a small, intimate beach just a 3-minute walk away, as well as the stylish ‘’riservato” beach bar. The city center is only a 10-minute walk along the lovely Lungomare promenade. Of course, none of this alone would have made our stay a perfect 10 without our wonderful host- Special thanks to Antonello, who was simply exceptional and deserves the highest praise. We truly hope to come back next year. Thank you for everything Antonello !

La posizione è strategica e la casa è spaziosa

Si fatica a trovare parcheggio

Die Lage ist gut. Zu berücksichtigen ist, dass kein eigener Parkplatz vorhanden ist, wobei die Suche eines geeigneten öffentlichen Parkplatzes schon mal etwas dauern kann. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter, war sehr gut. Es wird schnell zurückgeschrieben und die Problembehandlung kann man als vorbildlich bezeichnen. Sofortige Reaktion und eine Entschädigung für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten sind dabei hervorzuheben!

Das Inventar (Geschirr, Gläser, etc. ) kann gerne etwas besser bestückt sein!

la colazione non c'era ma nei pressi della casa ci sono tanti bar. La posizione della casa è ottima. La casa è molto bella e confortevole

Scarsamente curata e controllata dai padroni di casa, tra l'altro non troppo disponibili a venirci incontro: - lavatrice presente ma non funzionante (tra l'altro l'abbiamo scoperto a nostre spese...) - cibo lasciato negli sportelli da mesi: siamo stati costretti a pulire tutto perchè la pasta e i legumi avevano creato insetti e vermi) - asciugacapelli quasi rotto e, nonostante la richiesta di sostituirlo, non solo non ci è stato sostituito ma quasi quasi siamo stati accusati di averlo rotto noi!
