It’s proximity to city centre, views, and amenities
There was no fan in the second bedroom, and no access to the recycling bins on ground floor after following the set instructions.

White towels offer more assurance of cleanliness as opposed to the dark coloured ones. Some of the towels had a rough texture, I would have preferred white with soft texture

The location was great. Right in town and with great restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of space, including a great balcony, and nice decor.
Water pressure in the shower was very weak. An additional access card would have been great as would upright chairs on the balcony (as opposed to the loungers that are there and don't encourage you to sit and take in the views and sounds of Albury in winter).
