Stunning period property, close to all the sights of Santillana del Mar.
Nothing, it was great, we even found parking opposite, €13 for 24 hours.

Location. Character
They put really smelly air fresheners/ incense sticks in the room and corridors which was awful! We had to remove ours as it was so overpoweringly strong and was giving me a headache.

The hotel was very well located, clean and interesting.
I was promised a ground floor room for my wife who has bad knees. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that the ground floor rooms were all booked. We were given a room on the first floor. I booked the room months ago to make sure we got a ground floor room. But to no avail.
