Booked the “Junior Selection Club - Annex” room through Agoda, but upon arrival we were brought to a separate building, which was quite confusing as guests because this was not made clear during the booking process.
When we asked the female receptionist for clarification, her response was simply “I don’t know,” which felt very unprofessional and unhelpful after a long journey.
I also contacted the hotel through email and Agoda messaging regarding this matter, but did not receive any response for 2 days.
The stay itself was alright, but communication and guest service definitely need improvement. Important details about room location/building should be communicated more clearly to avoid misunderstandings and frustration for guests.
