- Private home setting on 2.6 acres gated property , very close to lake amenities and other recreation such as rafting and swimming. Shopping and centralized, a short drive will get you to Cleveland, Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Underground Lost Sea Cave.
- Other amenities include Cable TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, in-room Coffee, Hot tub and Pool is open from 10 AM to 11 PM daily.
- Covered parking for motorcycles. Close to the Cherohala Skyway for motorcycle and sightseeing!

Short drive to Cleveland Tn Landmarks (19 miles), Hiwassee Ocoee State Park, Fletcher Park, Harrison Bay State Park. We are 1 hour and 45 minutes away from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The pool is a seasonal pool, it usually closes in early October and opens memorial day. Closing day and the opening date can vary based on outside temperature. The hot tub is currently closed for seasonal maintenance.
Hot tub is down one day every three months for service and clean, please ask if you’re going to make a reservation for the hot tub, I will let you know what days hot tub is down for service. The swimming pool hours are 10 AM to 11 PM daily.
There are a couple of things we ask from our guests, Please turn off TV, AC, and lights when you leave for the day. Pets that visit us need to be on a leash when in the yard and if left in the room by themselves they must be in a crate. Sometimes things happen, we ask that you let us know. Please make sure all your garbage is in a plastic bag that is sealed and put into the outside trash dumpster, this helps us when we’re trying to move trash. Please do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet. This help us to keep costs down and keep pricing low. SORRY FOR THIS, BUT WE HAVE HAD A LOT OF PEOPLE BREAKING THE RULES. RESERVATIONS: Number of people listed for the stay is important! More than Two adults per unit, there is a $16.00 PER PERSON, PER DAY During the stay. PLEASE DON’T SHOW UP WITH MORE THAN THE RESERVATION HAS LISTED, ONLY REGISTERED GUEST ARE THE ONES ALLOWED ON PROPERTY AND STAYING IN THE UNIT, without permission in advance, the Pool and Hot tub is for Registered Guests ONLY! RESERVATION WILL HAVE TO BE CORRECTED BEFORE THE STAY BEGINS. NOTE: ALL DOGS HAVE TO BE CONFINED IN A CRATE WHEN LEFT IN RENTAL, LOCKING A DOG IN THE BATHROOM WILL CAUSE DAMAGE. $125.00 Damage Cleaning FEE for Sanitizing (Urine & Poop) PLUS ANY DAMAGE. We offer a dog crate (size 42in Long x 28 in wide X 30in high) with a mat (replacement fee for mat is $30.00) Rental is $10.00 per Visit(limit of 5 Days). Fees are invoiced and are due at check-out time.

The basement apartment was very clean and well stocked, and everything was high quality. The owners have clearly put a great deal of thought into the comfort of their guests. They were also very accommodating for our dog. Check-in was smooth and our hostess was very pleasant and suggested area activities. However, on checkout day at 7:00 am, children began running to and fro in the host's home directly above our heads. It was quite loud, continued for at least an hour if not more, and we found it impossible to go back to sleep. End result was our checking out two full hours ahead of schedule. This is apparently a common occurrence as another review mentioned the "pitter patter" as well. Everything else was absolutely five stars, but this was a problem for us and may be for others as well depending on sleep schedule.
