The accommodation was wonderful and completely met our expectations. The most beautiful beach, Likva, is literally 10 seconds from the property — the beach is gorgeous and clean. The pool at the accommodation was great and well maintained, and the small upper pool with jets was perfect for my little son. The town center with all its restaurants and ice cream shops is about a 12–14 minute walk away along a pleasant coastal path. The accommodation also includes a built-in brick barbecue, so evening grilling sessions with a sea view from the upper terrace were lovely and will be missed. The house is set on a slope and has two parts — two separate units. The lower one has a bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet; the upper apartment has a large living area, a kitchen with a bar table and a large dining table, a bedroom, and of course a bathroom and toilet. From the bedroom you can step out onto the terrace with the view — it has a large table and chairs, and an outdoor staircase leads down to the lower part of the house, where the entrance to the lower “apartment” is. We would definitely love to come back someday.

The only two negatives have nothing to do with the accommodation itself, and the owners can’t influence them in any way, but I’ll mention them anyway. We were there at the beginning of the season, so it wasn’t overcrowded — the only downside is the tourist boats that arrived almost every day, bringing lots of people directly to Likva beach, which they quickly filled or literally overfilled. Some of these people were very inconsiderate and literally squeezed themselves in even where there was no space left, and they threw away/moved our towels while we were in the sea. The other negative is the poor mobile signal and poor Wi-Fi connection — very slow, sometimes not working at all. This is caused by bad coverage in the area. You can live with it, but you need to be prepared for it.

Was das Haus ganz besonders auszeichnet ist die schöne und sehr gepflegte Pool- Terrasse mit Liegen auf zwei Ebenen und als ganz besondere Ausstattung neben dem schönen Pool noch ein Whirlpool, in dem man sich herrlich entspannen kann und von welchem man einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer hat. Das findet man selten! Zudem hat das Haus auch eine schöne Terrasse mit tollem Blick auf das Meer zum Sitzen, Essen, Spielen. Bei der Ausstattung des Hauses muss man die schönen Badezimmer und die 3 (!) Fernseher hervorheben (die wir nie gebraucht haben). Zudem gibt es noch einen schönen gemauerten Grill, den wir auch gerne benützt haben. Der Strand ist in einer Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen, man kann dort sehr schön baden, es ist sogar ein Sandstrand ! Sutivan hat eine sehr schöne kleine Altstadt direkt am Meer, es gibt mehrere Möglichkeiten zum gut Essen gehen, man braucht ca. 15 min zu Fuß.
