Villa Vitae & Villa Pax

Amazing place with close amenities with 1km, groceries, restaurants and a wonderful beach. It was not as full of tourists as others parts - just a nice balance of locals and visitors to give a great vibe.

Beautiful modern facility with tasteful finishing, just a short walk to the beaches and the village of Sutivan. Ivan the host was so friendly and helpful. The villa is new and clean, amazing view of the ocean (can see Split lit up at night). Guests won’t be disappointed.

Villa decor was modern and layout made the most of the views of the sea. The 3 bedrooms were all very comfortable. The villa was very well equipped with loads of towels / toiletries / cooking condiments and equipment. I especially loved the bean to cup coffee machine. The location is fantastic - only a 2 mon walk downhill to the beach which has an amazing floating pontoon which my 2 sone loved diving off. The town is only a 10 min walk away and the walk is a lovely waterfront walk. Sutivan town itself is a lovely balance of local and luxury - highly recommend.

My husband would have liked a few more weights in the gym and maybe a better exercise bike. Bikes at the property would be good - just to do the supermarket runs and maybe go to some of the further beaches if you don't have a car.

Exceptionally well equipped and built to a very high standard. Great location, within walking distance of Sutivan and local beaches. Lovely swimming pool and terrace area with built in bbq facilities. All bathrooms and kitchen were spacious and well equipped.

The great views we had meant that we had a bit of a climb when walking to the villa but it was well worth it.
