YIN - Brand new one bedroom penthouse

We truly appreciated our stay and found many aspects of the home very enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped and thoughtfully arranged—cooking was a pleasure! The washing machine was a great convenience, and we were glad to have it available.To make future stays even more comfortable, we’d suggest including a simple guide to kitchen supplies and appliance instructions. We had a bit of a language barrier with the washing machine, but thankfully, online resources helped us figure it out.A few small adjustments could enhance the experience:- **Water pressure** tended to drop after 11pm—advance notice would be helpful for planning.- **Bathroom water temperature** fluctuated quite a bit, making it tricky to find the right balance.- **Bed setup**: The two mattresses tended to separate, and the center divider shifted during the night, which affected sleep comfort.- **Nightstands** were a bit small, especially for those who move around in their sleep.Overall, we enjoyed our time and would be happy to return. With a few tweaks, this place could be even more perfect!

Pleasent stay in clean & nice apartment. Short walk to the beach boat and the restaurant street. Friendly host, easy communication.

Lovely penthouse aparment in an almost perfect location. Everything about this property was perfect for us, 5 minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants, underground parking (a godsend when its 30 degrees).Property was spotlessly clean, with a nice little welcome package.Air con in both main living area and bedroom with a super comfortable bed.Terrace is great for catching some sun or just chilling out of an evening.Ana the property manager is really friendly and helpful too.Would 100% recommend to anyone

We had a a lovely relaxing week, enjoying the sun of the Eastern Algarve. Communication with the hosts was very good, and we had a friendly greeting by the property manager, Ana, despite our late arrival, and a much appreciated welcome package of water, good wine and snacks. The apartment was fabulous, exceptionally clean, fresh, spacious enough for two and tastefully furnished. The bed was large, very comfortable and with quality bedding. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with quality towels, toilet tissue and liquid soap. The kitchen had all the necessary essentials and much more, including tea, coffee, cooking ingredients, cleaning and laundry products, making it very easy to enjoy a self catering holiday. Wi-Fi was good, and although we did not find any English TV channels we were able to access Netflix,Disney and Prime through our personal accounts - in hindsight some TV instructions would have been helpful. The outside terrace was a lovely area with both relaxing seating and eating spaces (a sun lounger would have made the terrace quite exceptional) and had sunshine for most of the day, making it a delightful place to relax and meaning that you didn’t need to leave the apartment if you didn’t want to, however to note there is no lift access to the penthouse apartment. A 5minute walk takes you to the many frontline restaurants and bars, and boat taxi access to the beach, however there is so much more of Cabanas to see within walking distance. Cabanas is a fab
