Ideal para um casal, confortável, sossegado, localização excelente, garagem e possibilidade de estacionar e fazer tudo sem pegar no carro. Cozinha bem equipada e cadeiras no exterior ideais para relaxar depois da praia ou à noite, ou para pequeno almoço na alvorada. Se conseguirem melhorar os cedros que vedam a varanda, a privacidade ainda será maior.
