The location and setting were amazing - such a lovely outlook and close proximity to all the snow fun.
Sadly the cleanliness was not what we expected. The oven was dirty, some of the beds had hair and dirt, there was a broken tile with grout in the floor in the bathroom and dusting and vacuuming under beds and couches had not been done. This was reported and we were advised that it would be rectified but sadly this did not happen before our departure.
