Park your vehicle and walk the parkway. it's a 5 min walk from condo to the parkway. Less than a 2/10th mile to Parkway. No cost parking and holds 2 to 3 cars. Views of the smoky mountain. Lots of entertainment like the Aquarium, Ripley, Ol' Smoky Moonshine , Blake Sheltons Old Red Restaurant, hiking in the smoky mountains.
Pool & Hot Tub available Spring to end of October.
Washer and Dryer available on 3rd floor.

Cute little condo that's totally walkable. This is a great location for access to the fun on the main strip. The bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood is safe. The balcony is great, and the entrance to the master bath was adorable. Notable for travelers - the hot tub is under construction, and my car almost got towed b/c I needed a parking pass that was not provided. Bring shampoo, coffee, ice, creamer, etc, because this is an efficiency stay and these things are not provided.

I was glad that the owner answered my questions quickly. The mattress was comfortable. Other than that, the furniture could use updating especially the couch. Also, could have been cleaner.

We had an amazing stay. Super friendly host. Posting was very accurate. And we even saw a bear right outside our door. Will definitely book here again next time we come
